Synopsis: Shin-chan and his lookalike embark on a journey to defeat forces of a ruthless leader Mr. Anaconda and his forces.

Shinchan, whose full name is Shinnosuke, emerges victorious in a lottery that grants him an opportunity to visit the enchanting Buri Buri Kingdom situated on the picturesque Buri Buri Island. However, the true underlying purpose behind this lottery win is to attain the potent Power held within the Buri Buri Kingdom. According to their belief system, hidden wealth within the kingdom can be accessed by individuals who share an uncanny twin-like resemblance. The narrative unfolds as a young boy named Shinchan, also known as Sunnokeshi, is abducted by a group of men native to the Buri Buri land.

Shin-chan and his parents lead an unassuming life, unaware that they are being surveilled by certain individuals. The following day, as evening descends, Shin-chan and his mother return home from the marketplace. There, they encounter three men adorned in elaborate attire, strongly indicating their role as hosts of a lottery competition.

Misae, Shin-chan’s mother, decides to partake in the competition. As Shin-chan turns the lottery machine, the scene reveals a chamber filled with glistening golden balls. The realization dawns upon them that they have emerged victorious in the competition, prompting Misae to leap for joy. Hastily packing their belongings, a heartwarming moment ensues in the film where Shin-chan’s parents tenderly kiss his cheek in gratitude. It is due to his inadvertent contribution that they secured victory in the lottery, enabling them to embark on their journey to the hallowed Buri Buri Kingdom.
