Season 1 Episode 9 of Doraemon is a two-part episode. The first part is titled “Sneech won’t let Noby ride in his cousin’s supercar” and the second part is titled “Noby’s fibs about how strong his father is”.
In the first part, Sneech, one of Noby’s friends, refuses to let Noby ride in his cousin’s supercar. This leads to a series of events that test their friendship and Noby’s determination.
In the second part, Noby starts telling fibs about how strong his father is. These exaggerations lead to unexpected consequences and Noby learns a valuable lesson about honesty and the importance of not exaggerating.
Another version of this episode is titled “Spy War About Top Secret”. In this version, the episode starts with Noby breaking his teacher’s vase while he was cleaning the classroom with Suneo. Suneo agrees to help Noby cover up his crime, on the condition that he must do whatever Suneo wants. Fearing his teacher, Noby reluctantly agrees. Along the way, Suneo and his friends taunt Noby about the vase. Doraemon furiously takes out a tool that spies on Suneo’s house, and Noby found out that Suneo had a habit of bedwetting. Suneo’s plan backfires when Noby taunts him with his secret bedwetting habit. In the end, Suneo’s friends wanted to taunt Noby by making him do a headstand and bark like a dog, but Suneo, fearing that Nobita may uncover his secret, did the headstand2.
These episodes, like others in the series, showcase the adventures and misadventures that Noby and Doraemon experience due to the futuristic gadgets that Doraemon brings from the 22nd century.
